Le Pain Quotidien. Le Pain Quotidien means the daily bread. They cherish traditional simplicity by blending organic stone-ground flour, sea salt and water with a wild yeast levain starter to create a humble four-ingredient beginning. Le Pain Quotidien offers a wide range of healthy and artisanal breakfast and lunch dishes.
